Privacy Policy
NRN Global ("NRN Global", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit nrnglobal.ca, book a call, or work with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
01 Information We Collect
Information you provide
When you contact us, book a call, submit a form, or become a client, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, website, and any details you choose to share about your business and goals.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our site, we and our service providers may automatically collect your IP address, approximate location, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and similar usage data. This is collected through cookies, pixels, and comparable technologies described below.
Information from clients
When we manage advertising or build growth systems for clients, we may access data inside their advertising, analytics, and CRM accounts. We handle that data on the client's behalf, under their instructions, and in line with our service agreements.
02 How We Use Your Information
- To respond to enquiries, schedule and hold consultations, and deliver our services.
- To send proposals, invoices, service updates, and account communications.
- To send marketing communications where you have opted in, which you can withdraw from at any time.
- To understand how our website is used and improve its content and performance.
- To measure and improve the effectiveness of our own advertising.
- To protect our site and business, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
03 Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and understand traffic. These may include analytics tools such as Google Analytics, which collect usage data and may set cookies on your device. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of the site work.
You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
04 Advertising on Google
We use Google Ads to promote our services. To support this, our site may use Google's conversion tracking tag, remarketing tag, and related Google services. These place cookies or identifiers on your device so that Google can:
- Record when a visit or enquiry resulted from one of our ads (conversion tracking).
- Show our ads to people who previously visited our site, across Google Search, YouTube, and sites in the Google Display Network (remarketing).
- Report aggregated, non-identifying performance data back to us.
We may also use enhanced conversions, which send hashed contact details such as an email address to Google to improve conversion measurement. Google does not receive that information in readable form.
You can manage how Google uses data for advertising, including opting out of personalized ads, at Google Ads Settings. Google's own practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.
05 Advertising on Meta
We may advertise on Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. To support this, our site may use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API. These allow Meta to:
- Measure when someone who saw one of our ads visited our site or took an action on it.
- Build audiences of people who have visited our site so that we can show them relevant ads, and build similar audiences based on shared characteristics.
- Report aggregated performance data back to us.
Data sent to Meta may include your IP address, browser information, pages viewed, actions taken, and, where you have provided it, hashed contact details. Meta processes this data under its own Privacy Policy. You can control ad preferences at Meta Ad Preferences, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising from many providers through the Digital Advertising Alliance or Digital Advertising Alliance of Canada.
06 Text Messaging (SMS) and Mobile Information
If you provide your mobile number and opt in to receive text messages from us, we will use that number only to send the messages you agreed to receive, such as appointment reminders, service updates, and replies to your enquiries. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for assistance.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
07 How We Share Information
Except as described in section 06, we may share information with:
- Service providers who help us operate our business, such as scheduling, email, CRM, hosting, analytics, and payment providers. They may only use the data to provide services to us.
- Advertising platforms such as Google and Meta, as described above.
- Legal and safety recipients where required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of NRN Global, our clients, or others.
- A successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
We do not sell your personal information.
08 Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, or to resolve disputes. Client records are retained for the length of the engagement and a reasonable period afterward.
09 Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including access controls and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10 Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to withdraw consent, or to object to certain processing. NRN Global is based in Canada and handles personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

11 International Transfers
Some of our service providers, including Google and Meta, store and process data outside Canada, including in the United States. When information is transferred internationally it may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.
